VEHICLE FIRE | I-690 EB | GEDDES

Solvay Fire was alerted around 0800 hours for a reported vehicle fire on I-690 EB near the city line. Solvay Engine 12 responded with 6 volunteers on dispatch and arirved to find a fully involved pick-up truck on the side of the road. The crew stretched the 100 foot 1.75 inch bumper line and made quick work of the fire, returning to service approx. 30 minutes later.
