At 1830 hours, Solvay Fire was dispatched to West Genesee St. for a reported MVC with injuries. At 0107 hours, Solvay Fire was dispatched to a reported MVC in the 500 blk of Scarsboro Dr. A third party caller reported hearing a bang and seeing a car crashed near their home. Engine 21 and Rescue 11 responded and arrived within five minutes of dispatch to find a single pick up truck with heavy front end damage after striking a tree. At 1707 hours, Solvay Rescue was alerted to a reported MVC with injuries at the intersection of Bridge Street and State Fair Blvd. Rescue 11 responded and arrived minutes later to find a three vehicle MVC. One occupant of a truck involved reported he was trapped inside his vehicle. Rescue 11's crew stabilized the vehicle and then completed a door pop to free the trapped occupant. Crews returned to service after operating on scene for 20 minutes.
