ENGINE 21 TO WORKING FIRE | 24 COLONY CR. | FAIRMOUNT

At approx. 1530 hrs Fairmount Fire was dispatched to a reported structure fire at 24 Colony Cir. Fairmount Car 1 (Mallore) arrived to find a single story residence with smoke showing from the D side. Fairmount Engine 7 arrived and assumed first due engine company operations. Solvay Engine 21 (with 6 volunteers) was specialed into the alarm at the ten minute marker to assist the units on scene. Engine 21 arrived and a crew was sent to secure utilities while the other assisted as additional R.I.T. members. Units contained the fire to the back bedroom of the structure. Engine 21 returned to service approx. 20 minutes after arrival. Units Operating: Fairmount Engine 7, Engine 6, Truck 1, Rescue 1, Taunton Engine 6 (94), and Solvay Engine 21
