Small Fire | Hopkins Rd. | Liverpool

On Monday around 1200 hours, Liverpool Fire was dispatched to a reported dryer on fire in an apartment building. Liverpool Car 2 quickly arrived and found smoke showing from the front door of a garden apartment building. Liverpool Car 2 upgraded the assignment to a structure fire response. At this time Solvay Rescue 11 was added to the assignment. Rescue 11 quickly marked enroute with a crew of six and was assigned to assist with the search assignment. Liverpool, Moyers Corners,and North Syracuse made quick work of the fire which was contained to the laundry room in the basement level of the building. Solvay Rescue 11 returned to service soon after completing the secondary search.
