MVC With Entrapment | W. Genesee St. | Solvay

In the early morning hours Saturday, Solvay was dispatched to a reported MVC with at least one person trapped at the intersection of Montrose Ave. and W. Genesee St. The MVC was the end result of a high speed pursuit that started in the Town of Camillus. Solvay Fire responded and arrived to find heavy damage to several parked vehicles and the car that caused them. Rescue 11, Engine 11, and Squad 21 went to work removing two trapped occupants. Taunton Fire also responded. Both occupants were removed within twenty minutes. W. Genesee St remained closed throughout the day by police for investigation.
