VEHICLE FIRE | FIRST ST | SOLVAY

Around 2230 hours, Solvay Fire was dispatched to the 100 block of First St. in the Village of Solvay for a reported vehicle on fire. Engine 12 responded on dispatch with 6 volunteers and arrived moments after dispatch. Engine 12 found a single vehicle with and active engine compartment fire. Engine 12’s crew stretched the 100 ft. bumper line and quickly extinguished the fire. Engine 12 went back into service soon after and the scene was released to Solvay Police as the cause was due to a dispute between neighbors.
