SIGNAL 80 ON I-690 TO RT. 695 SB

Solvay Rescue was alerted to the scene of a MVC with injuries on the ramp from I-690 WB to Rt. 695 SB. Solvay was staffed with two in house crews and responded on dispatch with Rescue 11 and Engine 12. Upon arrival a red pick-up truck was found blocking the roadway after the driver lost control, hitting the guardrail. Rescue 11 worked on removing one patient as Engine 12 took care of vehicle hazards. Rural/Metro Medical Services arrived and transported the patient to a near-by medical facility.
