Art of Firemanship Days

From May 17-May 20, five of our firefighter traveled to Harrisburg, PA to participate in The Art of Firemanship Days conference. The department sponsored each firefighter paying for the classes however each firefighter was responsible for paying travel expenses. The training was conducted by top notch instructors from around North America. Each one of our firefighters that participated completed almost 30 hours of classroom and hands on training across three days. Although the training was physically demanding, each firefighter brought back a wealth of knowledge and new skills to benefit our department with our operations in the future.
