First Due Fire | Charles Ave. | Solvay

Shortly after 01:00 hours on February 9, 2021, Solvay Fire was alerted to a possible house fire on Charles Avenue. Engine 11 was first arriving and confirmed reports from police stating active fire showing from the second floor. The Engine Company quickly stretched a line and extinguished the fire which was placed under control in approximately 15 minutes. Solvay Fire was assisted on the scene by Taunton, Fairmount, and Liverpool fire departments. Lakeside Fire Department provided fire and rescue coverage to Solvay while units operated on scene.
